Qualification Required
- Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering in any of the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Project Management
- Information Technology
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Telecom
- Or equivalent related field
- Certifications like PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or ICT/Security certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience Required
- At least 10 years of experience in large-scale ICT/Safe City/Command & Control Center projects.
- 3–5 years leadership experience in government projects (planning, implementation, M&E, reporting).
